Year 2, Week 17 ~ Have You Given Yourself Permission?

Have you given yourself permission to become the person you intend to become?

It’s a big question. It basically boils down to, have you given yourself permission to become as God intended you to be?

The second paragraph of our Blueprint Builder tells us:

“I realize the dominating thoughts of my mind will eventually reproduce themselves in outward physical action, and gradually transform themselves into physical reality, therefore, I will concentrate my thoughts for thirty minutes daily, upon the task of thinking of the person I intend to become, thereby creating in my mind a clear mental picture of that person.”

All of the above is in our Haanel read this week too. Same message using different words.

Have you given yourself permission to find what you like about your life, and expand it so you are living it every day?

Have you given yourself permission to find the good in every situation, and in every challenge that life throws your way?

Have you given yourself permission to live without complaining and just enjoy everything?

I grant myself permission to be happy.

I grant myself permission to smile every moment of every day.

I grant myself permission to allow my happiness to infect others.

I grant myself permission to live in an environment free of the chaos of others.

I grant myself permission to lose weight.

I grant myself permission to do yoga every day.

I grant myself permission to have fun.

I grant myself permission to read one novel per month.

I grant myself permission to truly live as I know I am: whole, perfect, strong, powerful, loving, harmonious, and happy.

The following is from an email between me and my guide.

Hi Ryan!!

I’m doing good. I’m moving again because I need something more conducive to my DMP & it’s goals. Living where someone believes the MKMMA is a cult (LOL!!!) just is craziness I do not need. Amazing how this MKMMA is making me live completely whole, perfect, powerful, strong, loving, harmonious & happy!

Hi Cheryl,

Thats too funny about the “cult”…some people just wont ever understand…. Love em anyway…right?!

Happy moving!!

My point in telling everyone what I’m going through is…..

We just did Kindness Week.

Kindness begins with ourselves.

One of the best ways to be kind to ourselves is to give ourself permission.

In the last few months I’ve started getting to know my future self….with permission.

I’ve started reading one novel per month.

By the beginning of next month I’ll be moved into a little cottage surrounded by nature and the companionship of a little artist community in the canyon. It’s the perfect environment for reading, meditating, doing my sit, hiking, and writing.

The timing of the Franklin Makeover to help me navigate each step toward becoming the person I intend to become is perfect. Each step builds and reinforces the necessary components that help me embrace the gal in the glass I wish to become. Most importantly, the Franklin Makeover….and all the other steps we’ve taken….have given me the courage to do things like sign up for the Go90Grow cruise and the MKMMA live retreat.

I want you to know, signing up for these events is HUGE because they involve the future me and……fun! I haven’t given myself permission to do fun in a long time!

At first I felt a knot in my stomach. I’ve only got about 3% yellow. But, fun is in my DMP.

I walked through the fear and gave myself permission……To have fun!

Since when does fun = scary?

Bye bye cement.

Give yourself permission to be the best you that you can possibly be. If it feels like something is off kilter in your life, pay attention. That is your instinct talking to you. Be kind and give yourself permission to change the situation to one that feels good!

Always trust the voice within!

A pure act of bravery, I can assure you. I would not have done this last year.
    Thanks so much, Willetta.

Very well taken; love the illustrations which encapsulate the truth better than words; even though your verbal expressions are immaculate!

I love everything about this post! I’m still working through my relationship with “permission” and your words have been helpful. Great quotes and photos to go along with your writing. And you’re right…since when does fun = scary? (I feel the same way on occasion). Have fun at both events! I’m unable to attend, but can’t wait to hear all the stories and see the continued transformations.

    Hi Heather.
Thank you for such nice comments. I’ve banished a few words from my vocabulary. I’m thinking perhaps “scary” may be the next one that needs to go.
    Have a great week!

The permissions we need to give ourselves are so personal. Thanks for sharing yours.
